What does a build cost?
Builds run $1,000 to $20,000 fixed, depending on scope. Retainers run $500 to $6,000 a month, cancellable any month. You get a written number 3 working days after the call.
How long does it take?
One automation, about 2 weeks. A connected set, about 4. The go-live date is in writing before you pay anything.
What does it cost to run each month?
Your own n8n or Make account at $60 to $250 on your card, plus AI usage on your own key. We take no margin on either.
What happens if it breaks?
Your Slack channel gets the alert within 2 minutes and we fix it. The first 30 days after go-live are included in the build price.
Does the AI send things to customers on its own?
No. Anything with a price on it, or anything leaving in your name, waits for a person you choose to click approve.
